Shipping & Delivery
These shipping terms apply to orders placed at OldTrend.com. Available delivery services, charges, and estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Free standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible domestic one-time-purchase orders of $200.00 or more after discounts. The qualifying amount is your merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Select Free Standard Shipping when it is offered at checkout.
Orders below $200.00 after discounts are charged calculated shipping rates at checkout. The $200 threshold also applies to eligibility for our free-gift promotions; see the Old Trend Rewards Program for current gift terms. Replacement items may have separate shipping rates, which are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates and expedited shipping
Free Standard Shipping is generally estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days. Available services and estimated delivery timing vary by destination and the service selected. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; order processing, holidays, weather, and carrier delays can affect arrival.
Expedited UPS services, when available, carry an additional charge and are not included in free standard shipping. Review the service, price, and estimated arrival at checkout. Selecting an expedited service does not guarantee same-day dispatch.
Shipping addresses and tracking
Please check your shipping address and email address before placing your order. Use the tracking link in your shipment confirmation to follow your package. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.
If you need an address correction, have not received tracking, or your package is delayed or marked delivered but missing, email support@oldtrend.com with your order number. For a missing delivery, also check your delivery area, household members, neighbors, and building mailroom, and contact the carrier. Address changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once an order is being prepared or has shipped.
International shipping
International availability and charges are shown at checkout for your destination and order. Where offered, our International Shipping service is estimated at 7-21 business days. Customs clearance and carrier delays can extend delivery time. Domestic free standard shipping does not apply to international orders.
Any additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside our control.
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Old Trend is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. If an international order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@oldtrend.com promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
Shipping charges on returns and exchanges
Customers pay return postage, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective. If merchandise that qualified for free shipping is returned without an exchange, our standard outbound shipping charge is deducted from the refund or store credit.
